Form Data

bleeper.io collects consent-based form entry data, which is safely stored on our support desk for query related support purposes; to advise customers on suited licenses, to answer presale queries and to assist with account-related issues.

Customer may request erasure of this information at any time.

• Any other personal information you may provide in your messages to us

Form data is stored in an email inbox and may be pushed to an internally controlled support desk so that we can provide support to you via a centralized support system. Support data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the support you may require throughout the lifetime of the plugin. By keeping a comprehensive history of each support ticket we are able to provide better and more efficient support. if your account is inactive, your data will only be stored so that the support agents can access the information in the future, and your data will not be processed for any other purpose. Should you wish to erase or modify your support data with us, please use this form.

Live Chat Sessions

When engaging in a live chat session with one of our support agents or staff members, bleeper.io may store the following information:

• Name
• Email Address
• Browser
• Device
• Operating System
• Page URL on which a chat was initiated
• Visitor Types
• Agent Ratings
• Any other personal information you may provide in your messages to us

Live chat data and all live chat messages are stored for a maximum of 30 days. This allows us to provide the service, support or product you requested. After 30 days, your chat data and all its messages are removed from our databases. Should you wish to erase or modify your payment data with us, please use this form.

Purchases

The following information is collected with every purchase:

• Name and surname (if applicable)
• Email address used to make the purchase
• Transaction ID (PayPal)
• Payer ID (PayPal)

Payment data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the service or product you requested and to allow for you, the customer to receive updated versions throughout the lifetime of the plugin. if your account is inactive, your data will only be stored so that the account can be reactivated in the future, and your data will not be processed for any other purpose. What is Bleeper?

Bleeper is a sales and support tool that allows site owners or administrators to add “agents” or act as one themselves, so as to support site visitors via a live chat box or support desk linked to their website and email addresses.

What information do we collect?

Live Chat Data

Bleeper collects consent-based personally identifiable data, specifically visitor name and email address, when they start a live chat with one of our agents. This data is used solely for support purposes; to advise customers on suited licenses, to answer presale queries and to assist with account-related issues.

This data is stored as chat history for a period of 30 days*, unless a request for erasure is received prior to expiration. Any statistical information based on site visitor activity is anonymized.

All data collected is stored on the website's database system that is using the plugin. For example, if you are using the live chat service on examplesite.com, all data will be stored within examplesite.com's database. Bleeper does not store any chat data or messages on any third party database or system.
