This article covers the steps required to have us install Bleeper Messenger on your website.

Requesting the Installation

The first step in requesting that Code Cabin install Bleeper Messenger on your website is to log in to your account on Bleeper.io. Then click the Install the Bleeper Messenger on your site button in the Live Chat Dashboard section of the main dashboard page as shown below.

On the Install Your Bleeper Messenger page, click the Install Bleeper button under Get Us to Install the Code for You.

On the Request Installation page, fill out the required contact form fields and then click the Request button. We’ll contact you and take it from there.

  • Email: Your email address
  • Website: The URL to the website where you want Bleeper Messenger installed.
  • FTP Details: We need the following FTP information so that we can access your website via FTP:
    • • FTP Hostname
      • FTP Username
      • FTP Password
      • If your hosting provider requires a secure SFTP or FTPs connection, please note that information.
