This article covers configuring agents in Bleeper v1.x. To configure your agents, click on the Settings link in the left nav bar and then click Agents as shown in the screenshot below.
You can have up to 2 agents with the free version of Bleeper. To add an agent, click the Create Agent button below the empty Add New Agent box.
On the Agent Account panel fill in the fields as described below.
Enter a nickname to be displayed for the agent.
Enter the agent’s email address. This will be used for all email notifications from Bleeper.io.
Enter a password for the agent.
Confirm the password entered above.
In the User Access section click inside the checkboxes to enable access to the sections of your Bleeper.io portal you want to allow this agent to access. Each of the sections is described in separate documentation articles. When you’ve completed configuring the agent’s profile, click the Save Agent button at the bottom of the panel.
To edit an agent’s profile, click the Edit button below their profile box.
Editing an agent takes you to the Agent Account panel described in the Adding an Agent section above. Make the required changes and then click the Save Agent button at the bottom of the panel.
To delete an agent, simply click the Remove button beneath their profile box on the Chat Agents panel.
On the Agent Account panel, click the Delete Agent button to confirm that you want to delete the agent.
