This article covers configuring your chat agent profile in Bleeper v1.x. To access your profile settings, log in to your Bleeper.io account. Click Settings in the left-hand menu and then click My Profile.
You can change the following personal settings by typing in the appropriate text box:

Note: You cannot change the email address for any agent account. If you want to change the email address for an agent please contact Bleeper support via Bleeper.io.
If you have a favorite quote or tagline, type it in the Tagline textbox.
You can add links for the following social media services by entering the URL for the social media profile for a given service in the appropriate textbox:
The support desk settings allow you to configure greetings and sign-offs to be tailored for each chat agent.
This is the greeting the visitor sees when a chat agent “picks up” their chat. You can use the {username} shortcode to add the visitor’s name to the greeting.
This setting determines what text should be used if the Support Desk Greeting includes the {username} shortcode and the visitor’s name is unknown.
This is the text the visitor sees when a chat agent ends their chat.
If you want to change your password, click in the checkbox next to Change Password. Type your current password into the Current Password text box and the new password into the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes. Once you’ve made all of your changes, don’t forget to click the Edit button at the bottom of the page.
